The funny thing so many gamblers know this and yet still succumb to the pressure when that time of gambling comes and I feel the reason why it's hard for then to control is because of maybe one or two times that they might have been successful chasing after their losses and then recovered it with extra profits on top, trust me that feeling never gets old and it makes you as a gambler commit so many other errors that at the end you will end up regretting.

At this point, I agree that maintaining consistency in continuing to play within the set budget does not always go smoothly. Sometimes we are better able to control our emotions and gambling ambitions, but sometimes the opposite is true. This is because previous wins influence us to continue playing, as if there is an urge that must be followed.

But at least with having an allocated budget on gambling to spend is truly good. Since somehow we will have a reminder to our selves that we should not exceed on our limits and we are done once that amount is been drained since that means we are not going to be lucky today.

If we are been influence by our previous sessions then think about maybe we became lucky today since either we lose lots of money yesterday then think about betting more maybe with that we can gain same result.

Aside from setting a budget we should have a good exit plan on which we should need to quit once we hit our certain target. Because this will make us a winner and could make sure to take home some winnings if we able to do this things.
