Write to them and they'll send you a link to redo KYC [given you can't do it in-site, as you're locked out from your account]. My contact didn't give me subject to help us all [me, you, them, and recovery] to be on the same page, so I'll propose a subject. Write it under "Asking Re-KYC for Locked Account"
