That's not the case yet. Right now the market is still not in a bearish phase. I think the Bitcoin market is resting for a new move that is bigger than the current highs.
The price has not shown signs of reaching $90,000 even though the lowest was at $112k after the ATH of $123k was reached.

For some investors, they may want $90k to happen as a buying opportunity.
When it comes to price, I wouldn't discount that Bitcoin is cheap to changevolatile.
