mind to write to recovery@bcgame.com again? This time to ask for another KYC. It seems your KYC status was revoked during that suspicion of account breach. Write to them and they'll send you a link to redo KYC [given you can't do it in-site, as you're locked out from your account]. My contact didn't give me subject to help us all [me, you, them, and recovery] to be on the same page, so I'll propose a subject. Write it under "Asking Re-KYC for Locked Account"

Noted. I've relayed the message and the screenshot. Please wait a bit, if you haven't get a reply from recovery division during my short AFK already. And, unless you're ok with it, you might want to edit your post and remove the screenshot, it contain something private.

I have not received any answer yet (last time it took like 20h to get a reply from them) and, yeah, I removed screenshot from my previous post, thank you.

edit: they sent me a form to fill up, I did it. Now waiting for further steps from them.
