So today I checked my email and saw a bonus like the screenshot and after claimed the bonus around $12, I played it on some inhouse games and it increased to $60 well, what's confusing is that I don't know the requirements for this bonus, how much wager is needed to release this bonus to the main balance? I want to ask in the chat room but can't because I have to deposit history in the last 7 days while the support team responds very slowly, can you explain it or maybe managed to complete a bonus like this? Thanks to anyone who helps answer.
BC.game usually applies a 30x rollover wagering requirement, so you can see how much more you need to complete.
To be honest, it is difficult to convert the bonus balance claimed from the email into the main balance, and so far no one has been able to do so.
You're right, 30x is the wagering threshold. After that, no matter how much your bonus balance, only the amount you claim will be credited to your main balance; the rest will be forfeited. I also claimed this bonus a week ago and successfully passed 30x, but after playing with my main balance, I didn't get any good results.
