These coins never existed he just picked a random address from the explorer, you need to stop giving your time to attention whores. A lot of unsuccessful people try to get famous by using tricks like this.

Has he tried to find the lost private key to the 8000 bitcoins at https://bitinfocharts.com/bitcoin/address/198aMn6ZYAczwrE5NvNTUMyJ5qkfy4g3Hi in some other way ? As I understand the privat key he lost looks like this 5Kb8kLf9zgWQnogidDA76MzPL6TsZZY36hWXMssSzNydYXYB9KF but only the first digit "5" is correct, and the next digit is K, H or J

5K0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
5H0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
5J0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

There's no way he would ever find it like this.

There’s no stopping him, it’s a huge amount of money, so if there’s even a small chance he can recover it, of course he’ll try. As for whether he has the seed phrase or some kind of access info, I’m pretty sure he does. Otherwise, why would he still put in all this effort if he was already hopeless? Simple logic, really.

And now there’s this new development involving him. Not sure if it’s something that’ll attract people as an investment, but it seems like something new is brewing.

PANews reported on August 5th that British IT professional James Howells stated on the X platform: "For twelve years, I have tried every possible means to communicate with Newport City Council, including public proposals, profit-sharing proposals, mediation, legal action, and even a formal offer of over £25 million in return. These Bitcoins are worth $1 billion, but they have ignored all of these proposals. They want me to give up, but I am no longer seeking permission.

Therefore, I will tokenize the entire 8,000 Bitcoins in my wallet and convert them into 800 billion Ceiniog Coins (INI), with each INI equivalent to one Bitcoin satoshi. This project is based on the Bitcoin network, uses OP_RETURN technology, supports Stacks, Runes, and Ordinals protocols, and is expected to go online by the end of 2025."

Oh it seems that all of this is just another public stunts. With these latest plan he show to people its like he just want to get more exposure so that he can gather a free attention for his upcoming project to launch.

It will be so crazy for people to believe on his latest update release since looks like he tries to scam people and try to exploit those people who follow his case.

Better for people to stay away on this and just invest their money directly on Bitcoin.
This would make it a scam and further confirm that this story is made up. Stay away from this project.
