Until another plausible explanation can be found, I believe he certainly does not seem to be mentally imbalanced.
Not that it really matters, but his trust feedback would suggest otherwise... its pretty unhinged:

He is not well in the head. Also, he's been following me around off-forum, leaving messages in Telegram groups I'm a part of like this:
Its not just psycho, its pretty evil. What would compel somebody to write something like that other than being overwhelmed with greed and underwhelmed by conscience?

I didn't even claim what he says. If I had to guess it seems like he was rage quitting. Everything he says is bogus, anyway. That's been pretty well established by this point.
