Always listen to your body why doing your pushups and stop when you feel you can no longer push further. The benefits of pushups is so much, ranging from good health to general body fitness. You may feel pain at the initial 2 to 3 weeks, don't stop. Keep pushing until you you get pass that stage where you can easily push with less pain.
