Yes, Mahiyammahi was right about the issue with BPIP. I visited BPIP on July 30 after Mahiyammahi made that post and I remember I got a blank page same as him. So, Mahiyammahi was right about the issue with BPIP.
Now, the website is working well without any problem and it seems that was a temporary issue.
