Xabi Alonso comes to real madrid to help the team because he knows that Real Madrid didn't perform very well last season. and all is because of the coach and defence line is very weak. And now that he as comes to the club, he has do is beat to buy some few players to make the team stronger then before, and he will do is best to win trophies for the club. because I Notice that any coach that comes to madrid new always achieve trophies before he start to perform weak in few seasons. You are right Real Madrid don't play with coach, any manager that didn't do well they used to sack him immediately and that is the best thing to do.
If a big club stop doing well, he can be the players or the coach that is not doing the right thing. I have believe for xabi Alonso because which how he help Levekusen to achieve many trophies he will do the same in madrid because currently Real Madrid are better then Levekusen and have more experience more then the players so he will be easy for xabi Alonso to win title for the club. The only things that xabi will focus on currently, is Hansi Flick he should no how to stop him in the league competition and making real madrid players should not be getting into the offside trap because that is the main reason real madrid as be losing against Barcelona in all the competition they meet.
