Good day everyone the reasons be hide this discussion is the way mad people cluster around portharcutport Harcourt but the government can always gather them put them in one particular place and give them treatment till many of them gets better.but out government doesn't care about this people.
one of the most reasons, why they shouldn't be killed is that i have seen several mad people who mad and also got heal without treatment, assuming they killed them this person who regain his self would have been in a mess
