THis is what happened.

The time when i Deposit the money from maya bank to 1win, I did not notices that the wallet app is partially under maintenance.
Partially, it is working for maya to maya or online payment via online shopping. but the online banking from maya to other banks are down.
The money was sent and deducted to my wallet but not credited to the casino realtime. That was the main reason why they need to process my payment and credit it manually.
