Every coach has their own style, and while there's no one-size-fits-all approach, despite the support of the players in the squad, which makes things easier for them, each coach has their own challenges and unique plans.
It's certainly not easy for Xabi Alonso, especially with the burden of managing a team as big as Real Madrid, with the demands of management and fans. But I'm still quite optimistic, especially since Real Madrid is a team with a strong mentality, so no matter what, they will still be a force to be reckoned with in the Champions League.

Xabi Alonso had very abundant experience as a star player with many years of playing in different leagues and for different big clubs. He also played under management of different great head coaches with different tactical philosophies and I think all past experience will help him a lot in his coach management career. He can use it well in Real Madrid and help them improving weakness, strengthen their strength and aim at titles in this season and later.

Surely the competitiveness in La Liga is higher than Bundesliga but I believe in Xabi Alonso.
