That's a propaganda to make people become employee in their whole life because they keep thinking, if they lost this job, they won't get another one.
Most of the time, if you search other jobs when you still have your current job, you can't change your career. So let's say you're a welder, your top job would be an underwater welder. It's because you have no time to learn other skills and you're already tired.
Only brave people can earn much money, like people invest in something, they spend money to get money. People need to have their own "roadmap" instead of worrying to lose their main job.
Somehow a propaganda.
However it is a matter of need assessment... The person wearing the shoes knows where it hots.. This being the case, leaving or not leaving a job can be a propaganda to make people life long employees or creat more life regrets...
Carefully and courageously checking out what is needed at a time in someones life speaks volumes of this matter...
Not leaving does not mean being chained to be an employee for life, so leaving mighty not be the right step at a time.
Likewise not leaving mighty means being a low job employee for life, since the migration is speaking loadest yet could not
be seen, so staying becomes a chain to the life around such jobs.
Need assessment is important.... Leaving or not leaving a job could mean a chain or regret.
I shouldn't have left that job when i did... I should have left this or that job since! So one have to assess his or her present need and act accordingly as much as possible...
