Our lawmakers are debating whether to promulgate a law banning online gambling, as the present administration is concerned that the more than $700 million in revenues will be lost in taxes.
So, to prevent the government from losing huge revenues, the Central Bank has come out with these measures.

Do you think these guidelines are enough to mitigate gambling addiction?

I think that if the government thought that underaged citizens are engaged on gambling activities, then the number one guidelines should be necessary to reduce, or possibly eliminates underaged gambling. However, i still doubt the possibility of government banning gambling activities because whatever the level of this guidelines provided, they are still generating revenue from the sector. I don't think government can be trusted, some of this idea may be politically motivated in my opinion.
