Ok, so Israel is at war with Hamas. If that is the case and Hamas decides then to put a bomb in the middle of Tel-Aviv, for example in a supermarket full of people or "better" in a nursery or a hospital... it is OK because "IT IS A WARZONE".
So it woul not be terrorism, because Israel is at war, so Tel Aviv IS A WARZONE. And if they send a hitman to kill Netanyahu is ok, because iI IS A WARZONE.
Or well... Iran seems to have some uranium. I guess hammas could then throw a dirty bomb in any Israeli city and it would not be terrorism nor a war crime nor genocide... because they are at war, so is a WARZONE.

isreal try to minimise collateral damage aswell.
