The story didn't add up mate
I searched on google how much a house on Indonesia usually cost and it's way above higher for that fully-furnished house. It's also hard to believe someone sold it since the house doesn't look that old yet.
But if it's true, it's indeed cheap if he got it at that price. I'm thinking that it can be an installment or downpayment for the house but if OP really got it at that value then he is very lucky.
He could even resell it for s higher price in the future.
