Although some people might think it’s a bit regrettable to sell Bitcoin at this time, for me personally, since a house is a primary need for me now, I consider this decision to be the right.
I did the same thing when bitcoin was roughly $2k-$3k and I have zero regrets about it. So don't worry, just keep accumulating more bitcoin for the future and enjoy your new home.

All this with 0.07BTC that is  approximately $9,120 at a price of $120,000BTC which is somewhat a very low amount of money in most countries around the world to afford such a house you displayed over here, this sounds so unbelievable.

The story didn't add up mate
Just because it is not super expensive doesn't mean it is not real. Real estate price depends on the square meter and location of it. For example I just quickly searched in our own popular online real estate market thing and found this one which is sold for roughly 7 grand (cheaper than what OP bought):
 

It's not that big though, only 230 m2. The location of this villa isn't bad either. However, in my own neighborhood you can't even get an old 50 m2 apartment for twice that money Tongue
