If you engage in a search to determine if these these GMOs are safe, most research from prestigious educational institutions conclude that they are safe for human consumption. They usually claim that these plants have gone through several scientific examination and most of them ascertained that the claim that these GMOs cause several health problems are false.

But when you investigate further you might discover that most of these researches are sponsored by multinational corporations and countries who are connected or benefit from GMOs production. You might begin to wonder if these researches are not baised.
