You will need to provide the other user with access to your account as KYC binance requires facial live check, (in general)!
Even if the verification passes, you should never risking to use this account again as it can requires a live reverification again at any moment of the use!!

You're right, but I don't need that account anymore, all i need to do is withdraw that money. im not interested in using binance anymore because it has ridiculous rules. im looking for someone who can bypass it.
