You're right, but I don't need that account anymore, all i need to do is withdraw that money. im not interested in using binance anymore because it has ridiculous rules. im looking for someone who can bypass it.
There is no bypass.
Contact Binance, go through KYC, and withdraw your money. If everything is regular, you will not have a problem.
Even if your country is under some kind of sanctions, they will allow you to withdraw, other than that you will not be able to use anything else on Binance.
