Losing wallets is a sign of irresponsible behavior. This is an error of the person and must be corrected. The responsible thing would be to intentionally delete wallets and use new ones regularly to improve your privacy.

Actually it is a very common story. My point was even if you think you have nothing, there is still a chance to find some pieces of the missing puzzle.
This reminds me of James Howells, the man who has 8,000 Bitcoin stored in his drive lost in a landfill. I heard about him ending his search for the hard drive which means whole Bitcoin is forever untouched and lost. 8,000 Bitcoin is worth $900 Million, he just lost his millionaire status by binning his hard drive, don't test faith when it comes to handling the security of your wallet, most people recover after a long time meanwhile some unable to recover, secure your seed phrase and avoid problems in the future.
It is a fake story, stop giving him attention. There has been no proof that he ever owned this amount of Bitcoin.
