One project that caught my eye is TOWNS — they let you create your own private versions of apps like Discord or WhatsApp groups, but you get full ownership and can even make some money from it. On August 5 TOWNS was listed on the exchange, and its price has now dropped significantly. Its movement can be predicted as a result of a large sell off by airdrop holders.
