I cannot imagine this man. Why would a gambler play at a casino that doesn't allow players from his country? OP dug his own grave, in my opinion. If the support said that he should not have any problem, this was a trap for OP. They work for the casino, and I think they also want players to make mistakes and lose money. It seems OP violated the rules, and I don't see much hope here.
I am not sure if holydarkness would be able to do anything. But since he already said he would check it with his contact, let's see if we can get some positive news. I thought BC game has a dedicated platform for USA players.

I have been around this far longer than I should have been, and was under the false assumption as long as you were there you were good to go, probably because thats how we do sports betting here in the states and from watching streamers go to mexico to play a few sites. Used BC Game for SOOOOOO long with no issues. It was almost muscle memory and I didnt expect any issues. It was my go to for a long while with 5-10k+ in deposits and withdrawals easily. Should have dug more.
I just remembered, they approved my US phone number for security before I even attempted the withdraw haha. Also weird.
