I bought it at $15k and sold it at $120k, which was a source of great joy.

The house was actually quite affordable because I bought it from my sibling. However, in this case, I had to compromise on my desire to live in a big city, as the house is located in a rural area with limited access, especially in terms of road infrastructure, which is still inadequate.
A big congratulations to you my friend, because the most important thing now is that you have a comfortable home for yourself and your family. And you most also be lucky to have had a sibling rather to sell of such a beautiful apartment you just bought above. Because to be frankly speaking, at first when I saw the amount of Bitcoin you said you bought this apartment with perfect finished and polished interiors, I kind of doubted, not until I saw your full explanation of buying from a sibling above. Because here in Nigeria, even in a rural area, the least you could buy this type of home is from $15,000 and above. But however, I'm happy you have a home now. So once again,  a big congratulations on your new house. You truly deserves it.

In my case, i bought a 156 m² house for around $23k. The house is located in an area that is not yet densely populated or rapidly developing, situated on the outskirts of the city, about 25 minutes from the city center. This might be why the price is still relatively affordable compared to property prices in the city center. In addition, i spent around $5,300 on renovations to make the house more attractive. Of course, this idea came from my partner Grin

Wow. I'm really really impressed with this also, and you actually made the right decision in securing your home when you had the opportunity. Because infact I'm pretty very sure the value of that house you bought for $23k should be roughly over $30k to $50k now as the year goes by and the area gets developed. So you actually made the right choice.
