It seems the Gunners are ending their friendly games with a disappointing performance after losing to Villarreal 2-3, it seems things are not going their way, not like they planned at all. After the game I'm having this feeling that maybe today or tomorrow the critics will be much because what many are expecting of Viktor Gyökeres is not what they're seeing from the player, a disappointing display from him in the first half;

Viktor Gyökeres in the first half vs Villarreal: 🇸🇪

▪️0 goals
▪️0 assists
▪️0 shots on target
▪️0 shots off target
▪️0 key passes
▪️1/1 dribble attempt
▪️3 passes
▪️2/3 ground duels won

For me I feel is not yet time to see what this guy is made of and it will only be rival fans who are going hard on him (Viktor Gyökeres), let the new season come and let's see if he's worth it or not but for now let the man breath.

To be honest, Gyokeres is one of overrated striker outta here. His price was not worth even with his performance. He's su struggle against Villareal, and i expect much worse when he faces EPL club in the coming weeks. Laughable player for sure.
It's hard to guess what he's doing on the pitch.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
The new Premier League season hasn't even started, and you haven't seen how Gyokeres will perform for Arsenal in the Premier League, and yet you are already judging him with the few minutes he played for Arsenal in their preseason matches. In my opinion, I think it is too early to say Gyokeres is overrated. We should wait for the new Premier League season to start, and if Gyokeres fails to perform well and help Arsenal win matches, then we can say he's overrated and doesn't deserve the price Arsenal paid to sign him from Sporting CP.
