I think this is a valid question: if they have been performing poorly for too long, why are they still operating?

Regarding what you say about the other forum, it could be true. The truth is that people tend to write more to complain than when everything is going well. It could be that due to a bug or something, they are processing some withdrawals in a timely manner and others very slowly. But in any case, I wouldn't deposit a single satoshi there. And I think that if they still have customers, it's because they live off the past, and because if you search for “free bitcoin” on Google, they still appear at the top of the results.
