Yes, this could be considered a stroke of luck for me because my brother needed money to keep his business going, and on the other hand, I needed a house to live in with my partner, so I bought the house even though to some people this might sound like a classic case of nepotism. However, I don't see it that way because I still bought it with official documents even though there was a profit involved

This renovation required a considerable amount of money because access was somewhat difficult. When I bought materials such as cement and sand, they had to be transported several times because after being delivered from the main road, they had to be transported again by motorcycles that had been modified for transporting goods, which doubled the cost. Even furniture such as cabinets and mattresses required manpower to transport, which added to the cost.
