I really don't think scammers are ready to spend a lot of money to build up fake applications for mobile devices or phishing sites for web users. They are pretty stupid, lazy and only want to steal money from the others. They don't have ability to build up anything new from ideas for product development, lazy enough to code anything innovative, and greedy enough to avoid proactively spending money for scam projects.

Open source is righ there to serve scammers with free source code, and they can clone those source codes in order to launch their scam coins or tokens easily and without money and resource spent.
