I'm in the middle here, I mean it could be true, or it could just be a made-up story. But given that he mentioned IDR currency, it means he is from Indonesia and I think that amount of money is really big and could indeed buy a decent house like the one he uploaded in this post if he is from Indonesia.

Compared to where I am, I have to agree with you that this is just possible made-up story, because that kind of house here in the Philippines is approximately $18,000, or around 1,000,000 PHP.

It's possible that someone might sell such a house here at that price, but it would be extremely rare. And if someone did sell it at that low price, it would surely be sold immediately.
The price will also depend on the location but given the image showing a fully furnished house that would literally cost much here in our country not unless that house and lot was sold by the owner for some reason that is why it was a bit lower or maybe they have good cheaper construction materials in there. Whether a made up or not I will still congratulate you OP for that.

I am just wondering, how much is your is your DCA investment and are you doing it monthly? If you don't mind me asking, how much is your monthly average income and from what industry? The reason why I am asking is that I am just trying to get an idea how you do it because one day I might do the same.
