- Wagering: Wagered about 7$k with 4$k (first time it happens to me, or atleast if Bronze 3 requires 10,000 cuz I was at Bronze 2 and 60% something like that).
- Bonuses: About those "wheel" all you did was removing monthly (doesn't exists at all) so to me seem a replecement of monthly. Weekly? Is the worst weekly rules I ever saw, you will end up receiving nothing, do a easy math and calc in the best case for me to get a weekly, if i depo 2 times for gold wheel and 1 time for a free spins with a total amount of 0.3ETH let's say in one week, then I make the best advantage of you're weekly, I lose all the 0.3ETH: 0.3ETH / 2% - total rakebacks & bns of that week, so if I got in the two wheels + free spins, 0.02ETH at end of week I got no bonus, and this was the best case to lose all
few cents.- Support: I've been asked 3 days ago for total depo amount (because something didn't result to me in my wallet but after checked was not from winz it was from another casino so all good) in the chat so they start asking me about personal details even if I was logged, also provided them and still no reply after 3 days.
- Bugs: Had a buyed bonus in 2wild and it become such blackscreen, entered back usually in hacksaw there is the: continue round pop-up in here was played by idk how. Also bonuses, I did two depo to get two different bonuses and I got just one, after 30m of talking to support where he was confusing and was quite funny first time he said solved and didn't, second time wrong amount of free spins, third time solved
.- Fake feedbacks: You're encourage them to give feedbacks cuz you're not even adding a rule such KYC or accounts older than 1 month atleast, to get a reward for it and I assure you quite some that did not even tried winz write a feedback to get a "wheel".
