I will like to know how quickly do you forget a painful loss and bounce back. I hate losing and after a big loss I will be frank I don’t forget it immediately although I don’t let it define my next game but it takes a while for me to forget a big loss and the best way I forget about a loss is how fast I can have a win in my subsequent games. A win is like an antidote to my sadness after a loss. So how fast do you forget a loss and what can help you in forgetting about it.
The only people that I can say they forget quickly when losing are those that just lose a little amount of money in gambling, but those who have been losing big amounts of money in every moment they play a bet won’t forget their loss quickly. Because even though they’ve continued with gambling once in a while, they will be reminded about the losing.

Although if they had a win immediately after losing big amounts of money, they can easily forget about what they have lost previously, but for me, even though I win multiple times, I can never forget the one I ever lose due to how sad I am about the other, which is why it will be very hard to forget.

zThereThere is another way to forget what you have lost, which is to earn more money than what you have lost. Human relativity will cause you to forget the dark side of life when you experience greater happiness. This is a common factor that can be used to alleviate pain. For example, if you lose the woman you love, and then you find a woman who is better than your previous partner, you will directly forget that incident. This can be applied to losing money in gambling, but I suggest you don't seek it through gambling again, as that would only add to your losses.
This method is not always effective, as it depends on the person’s character, but it is worth trying. Wink

Honestly forgetting about a loss is hard especially a loss that happens after you've chased a loss. More reason why you should not gamble irresponsibly. My estimation um if you are is all it takes for me to forget about a loss and to do this I always stay busy, that is a trick. If you don't give your mind something to think about and your hands something to do your mind would always ruminate over the loss and it is absolutely, pointless. Stay busy.

It's hard to forget about a loss when you gamble with huge amounts and end up losing it.  I don't think I've had moments when I started thinking too much about what I lost because I always gamble responsibly. Gamblers put themselves in that mental stress, gambling is something that should not give anyone such torment emotionally. Just put a few coins in it and accept whatever outcomes you get from it

Gambling responsibly is the best solution, but it must be done before you gamble. The plan should be in place before you lose, not after. However, people often only understand this after they have already lost their money.
