The exchanger now appears to have been disabled from the monitor. I don't if this can help the victim get back his money, but I see no reason why they are holding on to the money if it's not "dirty"
The burden is on them to prove that the funds are "dirty" which they haven't proved at all. @Denis_Verbinsky, which tool did you use for AML check? BestChange's?
