Hopefully Telegram is paying Sunfirecasino.com a commission since a Telegram account is required for support. I will not be opening a Telegram account, thus I will not be receiving any support.

Most of the casino have their own telegram channel that you can seek support too but they always have the standard live support on website in contrary to what you claim.
That is true, they have online support within the site. I don't think they will just have support via telegram channel. Just check the icon at the lower right of their landing page
And these days, there are several social media platforms that you can check out and see if the site has account of. For the availability of their support, the casino should aim to have several presence in those socmeds to reach out their patrons as well as potential players.
