That is true, they have online support within the site. I don't think they will just have support via telegram channel. Just check the icon at the lower right of their landing page

When you click on that button, it will ask you to log in before you can get in contact with a customer support. After logging in, when you click on tha button "again", it will tell you that thei live support is not availabel yet and that you need to contact them on telegram!
