I recall Chelsea is not a title contender for UCL this season. They have very young squad, and lack of exp in UCL. So, i doubt them to compete for the title race, but i don't underrated them consider they sometimes created a surprise.
Beating PSG in CWC may be the only reason why they're still worthy enough to consider. I hope your wish will be coming true, though the chance is literally small.

Winning the champions League is the dream of every club, so if there performance has improved they shouldn't just focus on winning premier league infact there focus should be in winning any league they can if possible the champions league. If there focus should be on only winning the champions League what happened if they are unable to win the league . I know winning champions league is not that easy like wise winning premier league so I believe Chelsea stand in a good position of winning the champions league this season.
