Unfortunately, once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions. 2) There's quite a lot of people that never played winz.io and leave a feedback to get that wheel spin. If you wasn't encouraging you was askin atleast for a account that is 30 days old or kyc or somehow.
