Probably only 10 or at most 50 people would have the courage to tell the casino that they are addicted. Many people don't even know they are addicted and continue to play normally. The problem isn't with the casinos. Each person is responsible for themselves, that's very clear, which is why only those over 18 years of age can access casinos.

Unfortunately, it is the gambler himself who needs to take care of himself when it comes to his welfare about gambling. Though some gambling sites have their part in their terms about responsible gambling, still, it is on the gambler's prerogative how he will take care of himself in front of gambling. But some are offering the self-exclusion feature where you need to let them know that you are undergoing this phase via sending them the request that you are availing their "self-exclusion" feature. Otherwise, the casino won't bother their patrons whether they are already addicted or not, because they have no way of knowing that their players are already on such stage.
