Liverpool are willing to spend 130m on Isak (having already spent 300m on other players) and it seems they will improve their offer in the face of Newcastle's tough stance. Against this background, 150 million for Vinny looks cheap (I think Real will accept such an offer). There is also PSG. I think there is some wisdom in selling Vinny, but maybe it would be worth doing it next summer and playing this season on the old terms (without the salary increase he is demanding).
As far as I have heard Newcastle is certain that they won't sell Isak this summer. The player is really furious about this decision of course. He deserves to play for a much better team already.
In my subjective opinion, he deserves to be sent to the reserve team until winter, and if he does not change his attitude towards the obligation to fulfill the contract, then to be put on the bench until 2028. I'm sure Newcastle will sell him if Liverpool offer the amount Newcastle have announced. If he SO wants to leave then let him add money himself, isn't that an option? Otherwise, he looks like a fraudster who wants to avoid fulfilling contractual obligations.
