Flick has good management quality, tactical philosophy and he also has good experience from player time to coach time in Bayern Munich and German national team. His quick success in Barcelona comes from many factors including fast and impressive growths of young players there but his contribution for the club was significant in the past season. Barcelona would have still been in big crisis if they have not worked with Hansi Flick last season.

Reaching semi finals shows his strategies are working which is huge confidence boost. Building team that can challenge for Champions League and compete with Real Madrid can not happen overnight so club needs to fully support him both with helping him with new players and creating stable environment free from constant pressure.

Barcelona will need to continue their belief in Hansi Flick and support him in player resource decision in order to improve their squad over time. They are still in a big financial crisis but bet too big on star players, high salary paid for them, and if results in one or two seasons are too bad, their financial revenue will be affected negatively that in turn causes more troubles in their financial crisis.
