I agree. It is not easy to continue to do pushups day after day after day... Maybe doing pushups daily helps to remind us of the importance of buying bitcoin and/or hodling bitcoin?

True it's suppose to remind us to buy and hold but not to everyone, you know? Some of us are ok with buying at a small rate and selling when Bitcoin price has gone up. Short term holders are ok with how fast it comes to them but when you talk about buying and holding like yourself I feel is nothing compared to those who want it faster.
This push up has changed so much in us I mean for good, for me it made me have this in mind that ones you want something you go for it that moment without telling yourself later if not you won't be able to achieve what you so desire.

Sure there are some folks who trade bitcoin rather than invest in it, and sure they are taking money home, yet from my perspective bitcoin still seems better to use as an investment rather than as a trade... so hopefully people are learning to invest into bitcoin rather than trying to trade it. But, yeah, sure people can do what they like when it comes to their decisions to buy bitcoin and/or their decisions to trade it or to HODL it.

Well, your report shows you have been on the floor within the week as it is written. But then again, while hoarding the report daily if you have gone through the push up as you have stated in your write up. This practice will only keep you away from the table when Dirtykeyboard will be reporting daily. We all want all members in this push up thread active daily. Carrying out our daily push up and reporting here daily will make the challenge more active, increase members involvement and further encourage many others to keep up the practice daily.

Lastly, you know inputting this report to the table when next Dirtykeyboard will be reporting will demand him to go through the report for all the day to ascertain if it's correct before updating it. But this could have been avoided if you gave the report daily. It's okay and a good thing you gave all the reports accordingly, but I think daily will be better and preferably more encouraging to members

Member reports are voluntary, which means that guys can submit their pushup reports whenever they want, and they don’t even need to submit pushup reports. Sure, if they want their updated information in the pushup table, then they can submit their pushup report.

DirtyKeyboard’s script runs everyday at midnight UTC and picks up whichever new pushup reports have been submitted since the update, and as long as Umulala-alala report meets requirement’s of DirtyKeyboard’s script, it will get read as of 8/13 and inserted into the pushup table (which it already ran at the time of my post and it was already inserted into the pushups table).

I am pretty sure that DirtyKeyboard does not even have to manually review Umulala-alala’s pushup report as long as the report does not trigger anything in the script. As far as I understand, skipped days of reporting is not a trigger for DirtyKeyboard's script. I am amazed at the script, even though some other forum members (from time to time) have said that such pushup report reading script is "no big deal," yet I did not see any of those whiners write and/or maintain such a script.

Wow, am amazed at the technical brilliance. You can imagine computing all these manually. So I thought previously. But it's clear now. We learn everyday. Thanks for the insight. And secondly, that members reports are voluntary, and if one wants to appear on the table, then Making report is necessary. I got that too. I was just thinking that keeping a daily report will help encourage others too to keep on pushing as we watch other grow. But it's clear it still goes down to individuals and what they really want, either to report or not, and that's pretty cool.
