I have my old Cloudbet account that was created few years ago, but I didnt use this casino very much.
When I saw this review campaign I decided to check if my old login is working, I did password reset and tried to log in again with newly generated password.
For some reason I was not able to log in in my brave browser, it was giving me some error message, so I had to install and use different browser just for Cloudbet.
Cloudbet should work more on supporting all browsers, and try to fix this issue.



I managed to log in and I see big changes in Cloudbet design and everything looks much different than few years ago with old design.
New logo is something I need to get used to, it is unique and recognizable, but maybe I would create something different as logo designer.
Cloudbet does not allow looking at odds for any events, or list any games until you log in, I think this should be available  to see even when I am not logged in.
I found out you can access pages without log in if you bookmark them in your browser and open them later.

Pages are opening very fast and I like selection of games that is available, with many sport events, and I think it is great to see Cloudbet is supporting MMA and combat sports.
Sponsorship with PFL and KarateCombat is a big deal, and I am following both sports in my MMA and KC topics.



I dont know if Cloudbet remained strict with their KYC policy, but this was one the main reasons why I didnt use them much before.
Now I can see they are limiting daily withdrawal to USD 2,200 for accounts that are not verified, that can be a problem for some players.
I think this amount should be increased if not removed, but for some coins they are asking for full verification and you wont be able to withdraw

I am not sure if there are any other restrictions, and I wanted to ask Live support about that, but Live chat button was not working for me
it does state 24/7 support but this was not true in my case, this button is not opening any page, and other buttons for Help Center and Leave feedback are working fine.
This should be fixed.

Minimum withdrawable Bitcoin is 0.0001 and I think this is good compared to other casinos that have more limitations.

You will see BNB is listed for deposit on many other altcoins, and they support USDT and USDC on many chains.

I tested some casino games in demo mode and they worked fine, but some of them are only available for real play.

Final thoughts:
Everything worked fine during my test process but problem with my browser, no live support, and limitations with verification and withdrawal are a deal breaker for me.
I would continue using Cloudbet for MMA events because they have very good offers, but this wont be my main casino until they make some improvements and relax kyc withdrawal policy.
