When I first heard about Bitcoin in 2021, I hesitated. It felt too volatile and unpredictable. I kept saying, “I’ll buy some soon.”

In 2022, I finally bought a small amount — but after a short price dip, I panicked and sold. Weeks later, the price recovered and went beyond my original entry point. That moment made me realise:

♤Bitcoin doesn’t reward panic

♤Timing the market perfectly is a myth

♤Long-term thinking beats quick emotional reactions

I’ve since started using Bitcoin more as a long-term store of value than a get-rich-quick tool.
Many of us have missed a lot of opportunities in the crypto space because of procrastination and hesitation, your story is similar to mine. Yes, over time I've learnt that Bitcoin doesn't reward panic because it gives you profits when you hold for long and during your time of holding you don't need to panic if you want to get something huge. Over time I've also learnt to get rid of FUD from my mind because it affected my investment goals as a beginner in the crypto currency space, as a beginner it's good you have realized that panicking during the dip will only make you develop FUD and that will make you lose out from making profits, newbies in Bitcoin investment should understand that Bitcoin investment isn't a get rich quick scheme but a get rich on a long term goal.
