because there was no agreement when creating the account well the decision is entirely up to Primedice.

there was an agreement. when lure players into a site by promising them a particular amount after they wager a particular amount, thats an agreement.

This is why the Ts&Cs exist. But the question is, are they truly written as stated by the complainer? It has been both ways in my experience.
