I heartly congratulate op. It's never a wrong idea to sell even asset as Bitcoin for some primary need. I also spent my crypto back in 2021 for building a house, and I am glad I did, the independence and empowerment that comes with having one's own residence is unparalleled.
I am expecting such reply, haha but don't you think that some countries are blessed than others? To build a house with blocks and cement in the US you will spend 90,000 or more, things are that costly over there but in my country I only need $18,000 to build a tasteful looking house like that of OP.
Blessed? There is reason why these countries are called third worlds (no offense to op, I am also from a third world).
You can also write, '(clean)' next to running water cause, if I heard it right — in (most of) Europe, tap water is drinkable, in third worlds, it's not.
Edit: that '(clean)' was already meant for 'running water', nvm.
149 million, that sounds plenty, deffo feels like it's something that one can buy house with

I'm a little confused about how you can buy a house that good with only Rp. 149 million...

But I can't get such a beautiful and clean house but I also consider the geographical prices differ so I am assuming the rates over your place for such a place must be lower can you mention in which country you are living? I don't mean to point fingers because it is possible that you used BTC + other amounts to buy this house.
