Sure, everything you’re saying makes sense. Trust is build one step at a time, one client at a time, so we fully understand your concerns. This is why we’re posting updates and openly taking your feedback on this forum, because if we can make you guys happy, then it’ll domino effect.

We’ve thought about adding existing mixers and automating mixing processes (which we may actually do). But the problem with those automated mixers, sure they charge less % 2-4%, but the problem is that often times the coins/tokens come out with high AML and are again hard to deposit and spend. They can mostly be used for paying for services on a P2P level. We offer more of a bleaching services. High AML come in no questions asked, and completely clean from CEX exchanges to the end client. We have partners that we’ve been working with since Corona times.

And thank you for the compliment on the design. We personally all used the famous players for many years and wanted just to simplify everything. On top of that, after learning that many of our competing aggregators log user info (while marketing as anon swaps) we saw that there is an opportunity in the marketplace. Maybe they started out with good anon intentions, but as you mentioned regulators came breathing down their necks and they needed to adapt to stay online. ATM we aren’t overly concerned about that, if we become big enough when they begin knocking on our door we will make decisions then. The most important is that our hosting is based out of regulator reach.

As for the posting style - sure you may be right, we will look at what others are doing and adapt.

I think we’ll add an automated mixing service soon, because after automatically mixing users will need to manually bleach their tokens anyways afterwards. Thank you for the tipyour feedback!

And for those that want complete privacy; we have a few manual partners that completely don't care about anything. Rates for complete anonymity start from 5%.

Next we'll be looking to add more providers & VCC companies where users can spend their crypto without registering!
So you offer a coin mixing service. I have visited your exchange, and though it looks pretty cool, your announcement just does not look like a professional announcement thread. I noticed your private exchange section about how to exchange anonymously. Instead of becoming happy, I am afraid to use that kind of service. If there is a manual exchange, then there won't be any history at all, and you could easily skip with the funds. So it's very important to gain trust from the users.

I have seen a lot of users concerned about providing their personal data to the exchange, and they like anonymous exchange. But if it wasn't an automated system, then I believe people would skip it. Fees up to 10% are really pretty high, though, starting from 5%. I know most pairs would charge nearly 10%, so it does look unrealistic to me. You offer a mixing service but manually, unlike some other traditional mixers. You may face regulatory issues later and may suspend your domain as well. So using your service seems high risk.
