If you stay honest and don't scam players with confusing TOS or misleading promotions, you are good to go. Several casinos have been accused of misleading advertising, and the casinos were forced to remove them later.
Usually, the community supports the casino if a player makes a scam accusation without any proof. But let's say they created a scam accusation against you, you should always respond to them, even if you know that they are just trolling you. You would get community support if you stay transparent here.
