On the contrary, I don't think the price will recover. Although there is no exact data, it is estimated that CEXs account for around 80-90% of bitcoin liquidity as well as the entire market. So if all countries ban CEXs, it means bitcoin will lose 90% of its liquidity. Not to mention, when such a ban is issued, the government can also issue a bitcoin ban, and that would be a comprehensive one. That would be the end of bitcoin and the crypto industry.

I did read that the percent is somewhere near 60-70%, though smaller, it would still be a bad omen toward BTC, even if the blockchain lives on, the road forward would be rocky as hell.
