I have never known that Bitcoin Lightning Network was designed and created for business companies. It is for everyone to use and companies can not survive without customers and their resources spent for Lightning Network deployments will be useless and wasted if customers don't use Lightning Network.

So companies know that Bitcoin Lightning Network is for everyone, from companies to customers, and it's reason they consider of deployment of Bitcoin Lightning Network. It is cheap but not actually fast as it depends on Bitcoin Lightning nodes and channels as well as their transaction broadcast. Furthermore, there is reported or warned security issues with Bitcoin Lightning Network.

Fortunately there are developments of Bitcoin side chains which are potentially coming solutions.
