He misunderstood the email obviously because there is no merger announced by Primedice or by Stake till now.
If there is a merger, most PD players will not asking about something like compensation, account transfer, or partial VIP level up bonus.
Maybe they will do it later once PD is closed completely and Stake will give an offer of account transfer or other thing to PD players.
They should do something to make the recent active PD players so they will be interested to continue their gambling habit in Stake, otherwise they may try to find an alternative because they may disappointed if there is no offer at all.
